Contact form. When you submit the contact form, I collect your name, email address, mobile number, LinkedIn URL, and message. I use this solely to respond to your enquiry, on the basis of legitimate interest. Submissions are processed by Formspree and forwarded to my email.
Analytics. With your consent, this site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use it. No personally identifiable information is passed to Google Analytics. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your cookies and declining on your next visit.
Cookies. One functional cookie remembers your analytics consent choice. If you accept, Google Analytics sets additional cookies. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set. No advertising or profiling cookies are used.
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 3 years. Analytics data is retained for 14 months (the default GA4 retention period).
I do not sell or share your data for marketing. Data is shared only with: Formspree (form processing, US), Google Analytics (anonymised usage data if consented, US), and Netlify (hosting, US). All covered by Standard Contractual Clauses.
You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your data, withdraw analytics consent, and lodge a complaint with the ICO (ico.org.uk). Email hello@beingchrisrobson.com to exercise any right. I will respond within 30 days.
